The size I need isn't showing - Is it out of stock?

You should always be able to order ALL sizes on the online ordering portal. If a size isn't showing, let us know and we will make sure the system is updated.

How do I know if an item is out of stock?

Our Customer Services team will advise you of any out of stocks or delays with your order as soon as we are made aware of them. This is usually within 48 hours.

I want to add/delete/amend an item.

No problem - call or email our customer services team and we can do this for you.

I want to add/amend my embroidery.

No problem - call or email our customer services team and we can do this for you.

How long is delivery?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders received on a weekend/bank holiday will be 48 hours from the date we re-open. If you require embroidery adding to an item, please allow 10-14 working days.

Can you have the option of multiple delivery addresses?

Yes, that is no problem. Email our Customer Services team with the delivery addresses you require and we can add these for you.

Do I have to pay when I place the order?

You have the option to pay as you order or you can request a credit agreement form so we can take the payment monthly via direct debit. Ask our customer services team for a credit agreement form and we can look at this for you.

How do I return items for an exchange or refund?

Please complete the returns form on the back of the delivery note. All instructions are on this form.

When is an exchange not possible?

- If you return your item to us later than 14 days from receiving your order.
- If your items are embroidered/personalised
- If your items have been altered by yourself or worn

When is a refund not possible?

- If you return your items to us later than 14 days from receiving your order

- If your items are dirty or damaged from personal use

What size should I order?

Our garments are designed to allow freedom of movement and comfort. Our garments are an average fit so if for example you usually order a size 12 on the high street, we advise you order a size 12 from us

Bespoke items

- We do a bespoke sizing service if you need a size larger than the website displays
- Bespoke items take between 4-6 weeks and are non returnable
- Please contact us for more details
